Use the site respectfully. Do not treat the assistant as a binding quote. A project starts only when both sides agree to a written scope.
Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to the OFFSET Creative Lab website, including its contact form and AI-assisted site guide. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
“OFFSET,” “we,” and “us” refer to OFFSET Creative Lab, based in La Marsa, Tunis, Tunisia. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
Website information
The website presents OFFSET’s lab, approach, and service areas: Social Media Strategy and Management, Design, Web Development, and Motion Design. Website content is general information, not a guaranteed offer, professional advice, or a promise that a particular service, timeline, result, or price is available.
We may correct, update, reorganize, or remove website content when the lab’s work changes.
Project inquiries
Submitting the contact form, sending an email, or speaking with the site assistant does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. A project begins only after OFFSET and the client agree to a separate written proposal, scope, quotation, or contract.
That separate agreement will control project-specific matters such as deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment dates, revisions, schedules, cancellation, confidentiality, and ownership of final work.
You confirm that information submitted to OFFSET is accurate, lawful to share, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
OFFSET Site Assistant
The assistant is designed to answer concise questions from an approved studio knowledge base. Its responses are informational and may occasionally be incomplete, unavailable, or mistaken. A response is not a quotation, contractual commitment, legal opinion, or substitute for confirmation from the studio.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health data, confidential client materials, unreleased campaign information, or other sensitive information through the assistant. For project-specific or confidential discussions, contact the studio directly.
Creative and intellectual property
The website’s design, written content, graphics, motion, logos, source presentation, and OFFSET identity are owned by or licensed to OFFSET and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce, sell, publish, scrape, imitate, or commercially reuse substantial parts without written permission.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You give OFFSET permission to receive, store, review, and use that material only as reasonably needed to answer your inquiry, assess a potential project, protect the service, or comply with law. Ownership of commissioned project work is determined only by the applicable project agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to break the law, violate another person’s rights, send abusive or deceptive material, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, overload the website or assistant, impersonate another person, automate excessive requests, or extract the assistant’s system instructions or underlying knowledge base.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the studio, service providers, or other visitors.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Hosting, network, browser, AI-provider, or maintenance issues may interrupt it. Third-party websites and services linked from or used by the site operate under their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OFFSET is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on general website or assistant content. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Terms when the website, studio, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence. Before formal proceedings, both sides should try in good faith to resolve a concern directly.
